Indonesian Regulatory Compliance
As a proud Indonesian entity under the Juara Holding Group, we are in full compliance with all national and regional regulations. Our legal and operational standing is impeccable.
- Company Licensing: We operate under a fully-approved Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata (SIUP Pariwisata) issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf).
- Tax & Labor Compliance: Our company holds a valid Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) tax identification number. All our Indonesian employees are registered for social security and health insurance under the national BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan programs.
- Maritime Certification: Our entire fleet is registered in Indonesia and has undergone stringent safety and seaworthiness inspections by the Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut (Ditjen Hubla). Each vessel carries all required documentation, including the Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (SPB), or port clearance, for every voyage.
- Park Regulations: We are a registered operator with the Raja Ampat Marine Park Authority (BLUD UPTD) and ensure all guest park fees (PIN) are paid in full, contributing directly to the conservation and management of the park.

- Expert Crew Credentials: Our captains, such as Captain Iwan Santoso from our team, hold the highest level of Indonesian maritime certification (Ahli Nautika Tingkat I). All crew members are STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) certified, with specialized training in first aid, firefighting, and emergency procedures.
- Navigation and Communication: Each vessel is equipped with redundant, state-of-the-art navigation systems, including GPS, radar, depth sounders, and AIS (Automatic Identification System). For constant contact in remote areas, we have satellite phones and long-range radio systems.
- Dive Safety: All diving operations are managed by PADI-certified Divemasters and Instructors. We carry pure oxygen, comprehensive first aid kits, and have detailed emergency action plans. We adhere to conservative dive profiles and enforce strict safety checks before every dive.
Emergency Preparedness and Protocols
We plan for every contingency to ensure a swift and effective response in the unlikely event of an emergency.
- 24/7 Shore-Based Support: Our operations office in Sorong maintains constant contact with the fleet and serves as a 24/7 emergency response coordinator.
- Medical Emergency Plan: We have established protocols for medical response, including onboard care for minor issues and a clear evacuation plan to the nearest reputable medical facilities in Sorong. We also maintain relationships with medical evacuation services for more critical situations.
- Search and Rescue (SAR) Coordination: We maintain direct communication channels with the Indonesian National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) and follow established protocols for coordinating with their teams if required.
- Regular Drills and Training: Our crew conducts regular safety drills, including man-overboard, fire, and abandon ship procedures, to ensure they are always prepared and their skills are sharp.
